in Florida. He owned it 25 years!!! I hope I will keep it the next 25
years.

1953 Corvette legend was started with only 300 Vettes
produced. Who would have dreamed that Zora Duntov's creation of
fiberglass, would inspire Corvette production exceeding 1,000,000. The
1954 Corvette still had the blue flame straight six engine, and 1955
Corvette production was limited to only about 600. Corvette history
became Corvette- Fever when the awesome 1957 Corvette hit
the streets.
Our 57 Vette is painted Arctic Blue with Inca Silver
side coves. The interior is factory beige. It's powered by a 283 ci.
engine that's topped off with 2x4's and backed up by a 4 speed. The car
is also heater delete.
Our car is not a trailer queen but a real street cruiser, we clocked
alittle 13000 miles on it in just over a year. It is a joy to drive and
gets the odd look.
I too have a 57 Vette - and absolutely love the car - -
it turns heads everywhere I go - - can't even imagine having yours back
home - where they are really rare - - I will attach a couple of
pictures for Corvette's at Carlisle - - one of the largest Corvette
shows in the world - - last August over 8,000 vettes - - every year -
every condition - -plus thousands of vendor selling all kinds of Parts
- - enjoy your Vette - - riding in them is like being a kid again!!
Notice the license plate - - this is actually a real New York State
plate - - only one in the state and it is mine - - I was lucky to get
it after the owners for over 25 years turned it in - - right spot at
the right time - - drives my other Vette friends a little crazy that -
I was so lucky - also this is a documented radio delete and the side
cove flags on a non fuelie ( this is a 2X4s - 245 hp) were really
factory installed - - very late August car all the 58s had side flags -
